New to InPA. Tried searching, but found nothing. I'm using INPA v5.06 on 2008 335i. I can connect to ECU, read fault codes, but when I try to go into engine to read injectors the indicator in the bottom left of INPA goes from running to stopped.

I'm stalled. Not sure how to fix this or what my issue is. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, I sent a private message and not a reply to your comment. I'm new to the forums. The engine is off and ignition is on. INPA is connected to my car. I can clear codes. If you look at bottom left of INPA interface there is a green box that says running when connected to car; however, the box goes yellow and says stopped only when I go into the engine menu. It's like the program stops or the communication between the two stops.

The install I have of INPA is Mikes easy install. I can post a link if anyone need more info on the install.

Yes and no. I've learned that i don't have the right daten file or no daten files at all. I need to get daten files and put them in the right files. All of the post on here assume that you understand coding when trying to explain how to do this.
If you know of any post that explain how to download and place the daten files in the right file folders then please link it up.
