Help to choose new rear lights...
Hi there!
I'm new on this forum and to bmws. Recently I bought an E90 318i, 06 plate. And yes, most of you will say it's slow, but it's the first car I bought with my own money and as a fairly () young female driver (and fiat 500 hater) I'm very very proud of it so it's more than enough for now The car itself is very common looking at the moment so won't bother you with my pictures, it does however have these beautiful 19" m sport alloys . I prepared a list of mods I'm planning to carry out within next few months (most visual rather than bhp boosters). So here I am with the first one... And can't decide which rear lights to go for so would really appreciate your opinions... (the car will eventually be wrapped in satin grey) LCI style: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3017306635...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT F10 style: http://www.thespeedline.com/05-bmw-e...mps-red-smoke/ Thanks! |

Either of those lights should work and would look nice. I would get either one of them in a heartbeat if I have the funds. I mean I can, but I am prioritizing other things in my life. Those lights are better than the stock one.

Congrats on the Car! F10's look better. Or you can get the actual LCI's. If you look around enough you'll find a bargain for them (including the Boot).
Try car breakers on eBay or just look up the actual parts. 201570697427 (eBay item number), this seller is selling the full set for £175 Boots are a little pricier but you're paying for the real thing! |

Congratulations on the new car.
Personally, i'd say hang on until Euro Car Parts have one of their 25% off sales and go for the ULO / Hella ones they sell (they are OE but with the BMW logos ground off). They'll b a better fit and finish than some £150 lights I'd have thought. |

I like the look of the F10's. Bear in mind its coming from China so additional postage of £45 standard £60 expedited and then there will be customs on them too.

Thanks for all of the replies! Great help and suggestions!
I love the F10's look as well but now leaning towards E90-AMD's idea. Had a look around and having genuine LIC upgrade would make up for slightly higher cost. Also, any suggestions on upgrading headlights without breaking a bank? |
