How to bleed 335 standard brake?

I didn't change caliper or pads. Just the rotor and going to paint my caliper. I took the calipers with the carrier mount out with the brake line off as well

Wondering how do I bleed it? Anytging I the watch out for? Would genera method work? It's a xDrive would it affect?

Thanks

You would bleed it like any other car if you did not open up (closed) brake system. It sounds like you did not. xDrive has no affect on the bleeding procedure. If you have M Sport brakes it may, but very slightly.

I took the complete calipers out of the rotor so I disconnected brake line and wear sensors. Would would be considered "opening the brake system?"

Yes it would if you disconnected the brake lines. Based on ISTA+, you will need to first bleed the system using the regular procedure and then bleed the system by actuating the DSC.

Yeah I saw a post saying activating the D.SC. Wondering if I had the car running as I bleed, would that work without the software?

I believe no.

I would imagine the DSC is something that might get actuated during braking when you surpass the ABS threshold.

It would not. A brake bleed is not necessary for a simple pad change, although it's recommended.

So I need the software to activate it? I don't know where to download though. And once I get the software n connect it, it has option for me to activate DCS? Simply click through?

My advice is to do some research on cartechnology.co.uk.
