F30 328i/xi differences between '13 to '15 models

Are there any differences between a 2013, 2014 and 2015 328i/xi models? If there are no changes, I probably would opt for a '13 instead of an '14 since '13 would still have warranty.

Exterior? Interior? Internal components(suspensions/drive/trans etc)?

I know the '16 has had the LCI facelift but it doesn't seem like theirs a huge difference, interior and exterior wise.

More or less standard equipment for a specific year?

14 and up had the newer NBT navigation system versus the CIC system in the 13 and prior 3 series.
