So I picked up a CPO 435i EB 2014 with 16k on the ODO 8spd auto for a great deal back in December. I knew I wanted to modify it even when I first started researching the car. There was just a lot of potential. Here it is on the first day of delivery. (my wifeys beside and other toy in the background)





So, last month I went ahead and purchased the bulk of the mods. This is a daily commuter so I wanted good power for the buck. Purchased, intercooler, DP, JB4 with bluetooth connect (along with usb cable in case routed to glove box) charge pipe, bms burnt titanium tips, injen intake, black front grill, dinan springs with bumpstops and 20 rohanas concave with 245 front and 275 rear to put down the power.

Next up is meth injection, map 2 regularly sees 14psi, little more when the temps are lower. I stay about 10 above ambient even running it really really hard, 20mpg average in stop and go commute. Love this car, so far BMW hasn't given me any hassles, just did a brake fluid flush under warranty and the bluetooth map switching made it so easy to make sure they don't get access to all my goodies.

Hard to compare the sedan to the coupe but they are both quick and great dailys. F32 has way more torque so the get up and go is nice. The vq motor breathes really well though and on a roll will take most cars. For a sedan I feel it's a great car for the money (she leases and her payment with nothing down is 360 with taxes). She will wind up with a grand coupe next time around though.

They mounted 245/35, they are sending me 255/30's though as they messed up. I get a minor rub (even after dinan spec alignment) as a result at higher speed (I could probably roll the fenders but I'd rather get the correct size). Should be gone once the correct ones show.

Ordering the methanol kit this week or maybe pure s1. Gotta make up my mind.
