Changing Your Service number
Is it possible to change the number my car has in its 'your service' setting? My car was supplied by Riaz in Watford and it's their number which is displayed, but I'll be getting the car serviced much closer to home. As I understand it the car lets BMW know when it needs serviced and then the dealer who supplies the car then contacts you.

You don't need to do the above at all on my car! I just went to main menu, vehicle information then press the option button then scroll down to service partner details, then you can change it to any dealership!

I just tried that. No option for me that I can see. Perhaps an LCI change?

There is a form you fill in at dealership service dept.
Nothing complicated, changing it on the car does not notify the new service department. It's rather simple TBH. |

Apparently Norwich Audi & Mercedes are much worse though, so at least there's that to be glad of! |

Norwich Audi are okay, nothing special! I went to Kings Lynn once and no issues there but that was before their new showroom opened!
