Shop in LA that can do secondary cat delete

I shipped the car for Bimmerfest and wanted to see if I can get this done while I'm down here. Hoping to find a shop that can do this and replace the mid pipe cats with small test pipes or something quick and cheap.
If you have done this from a shop in LA, post below!

Its tough down here, we have some of the toughest emissions laws in the country, and there are serious repurcussions for shop owners that do this. Most of them are too scared to risk it.

That's what I figured. Dang. If anyone knows of someone, let me know. The car is not registered for Cali and has a Michigan plate, if that helps. Lol and it will be cash deal.

This weekend. I arrive Friday right before noon and leave Monday afternoon. I have Bimmerfest going on, so it will not be during those hours.

I know a shop that did my n54 before. cheap too, but now they have a different manager and he tries to rip people off, but u can negotiate.
