Clunk Noise E92

So I've had my e92 6 sp for about 9 months now. And ever since I got it going from 1st to 2nd or 2nd to 1st gear, I can hear a clunk noise. Only does it when my shifting is faster then normal. Now I haven't really paid much attention to this but today I was board and decided to ask. I searched up in the forms and came up with 3 conclusion/answers.

1: Problem is normal with these types of cars and I should just leave it and not worry about it.

2:It is the subframe of the car.

3:It is the differential and I need to get it replaced ASAP.

What do you guys think?
