So not too hard if you buy new and have all the info but secondhand not so easy.
When I looked at the M Sports that were available for my budget I knew I wanted an auto and quickly came to the conclusion that I wanted the seats heated and also wanted the Xenon lights...so that's what I've got,but what about the rest?
First I discovered it had drop down rear seats...fair enough,could be useful.
Then I went on the online VIN decoder,which gave me a long list of the car's spec.,but the problem is what is part of the standard M Sport spec and what isn't.
I'll try to post a link to the full list(not good at such things) but one intrigues me:

Option 225 Standard Suspension

Now I know I haven't got the adaptive suspension but I hope that the above doesn't mean that the M Sport has been replaced with the non-M softer variety...

Best thing to do is to pop into a BMW main dealer and ask for a print off of 'VZAR' this will give you the details of your car and all additional options over and above the std Msport package.

Most non franchise dealers won't know about many features over and above the obvious like navigation, wheels, FSH and so on

No,just a normal 328i rwd.

Yes I have front PDC.
So not a bad spec really,elec folding mirrors a strange omission and I'm a bit miffed if it's standard and not sport suspension,but I paid about half of new price and for that you can't have everything you might want!
