Anybody waiting on PureTurbos to ship a Stage 2 out to you? I was quoted 2-4 weeks and now I'm over 7 weeks waiting as of Wednesday. Mike @ N54tuning keeps contacting them for me and so far I've gotten "next week maybe" and "this week it should ship." Just wondering if anyone has had an extended wait period too.

I'd get a reason why the delay and a real ship date, or I'd cancel. 2 months with no explanation?

How many days after you placed your order did you receive the turbos and did you order from N54tech or PURE's website?

I was quoted 3 weeks + shipping time. I ordered on May 3rd.

I ordered through Mike @ n54tuning.com, who has been contacting Pure for me. They have basically told him "soon" twice in the past 3 weeks.

Give him your order info and he'll tell you exactly what's going on. Posting online doesn't do anything for you.

And asking Charles for the 3rd time wouldn't make it get here any quicker?
This was simply a feeler to see if anyone else has experienced delayed shipping. I'm not mad that it's delayed, I was just starting a general discussion. If I was mad id go try and bash them in the vendor section. Thanks for your input though.

I went ahead and emailed Charles two days ago. I never heard back from him yet, but I called in myself today and they offered to send my turbo and DV out but they're waiting on the inlet pipe now. They said its suppose to be all shipped out Monday and get to my doorstep by Friday the 10th. Crossing fingers

UPDATE: My entire order was shipped out Friday, and I received a UPS notification, that everything will arrive on the 10th.

Cory I assume you are an E series N55 and ordered an inlet and DV too? Of course mine still didn't ship today like they said it would. Im glad somebody is getting the parts, but kinda frustrating I've had my order in for 2 months and others are getting their orders in 3 weeks. My tracking number reads "Ready for UPS" and has said that since June 1st and hasn't changed.

Based on what I'm hearing, I wouldn't order from these guys.

Customer Service 101--keep the customer informed as to what's going on, and let them know promptly if there's been problems and why.

Yes. N55 with inlet and DV upgrade. UPS has updated me with specifics for Friday delivery.

I called again today and asked why it didn't ship out yesterday like they said it would. The woman on the other end told me they were expecting them within the hour. She even took my number down to call me back to let me know if it was going to be shipped out today . It's 8pm/ 5pm pacific time, they're closed and no call. Still never got an email back from Charles either.

I would never buy anything from a company with horrible customer service even if they had the best product!!!
