E90 LCI M Sport Front Belly Pan?

Looks like the part of my front belly pan that attaches to the bumper got torn open a little. The bumper kind of just hangs down a little in the center with no connection and it's been bugging me.

I found an M Sport belly pan on ECS but looks like it's just for E92. Anyone know if there's any difference?

Also seems like you can get a regular belly pan and get an adapter but there's two different adapters I'm seeing?

I know people here know much more about this than I can figure out and was hoping someone would have a solution. TIA.
