What should fuel pump pressure be e90
What should the fuel pump pressure be on a 2006 330I e90? In INPA my car shows 603 KIa at idle and drops to 600 on acceleration and then back to 603. Is that normal, or acceptable?
The reason I ask is that calculates to 87.5 psi and what little information I can find says it should be more in the low to mid 70's. In DIS v57 my set point and delivery rate are both 55 at idle, and my specified speed is 4815 and actual is 4798 at idle. Is this OK, does anyone have any concerns with these numbers? |

I think you are in the ball park. The LPFP on my N54 motor runs low to mid 70'ish PSI. I'd be concerned if you were in the 50's or 150's. 150 is max pressure and 50 will starve the HPFP.

Good deal, thanks. I am going to take it on along trip soon and wanted to make sure it was OK. The car has 115K and If the pressure was questionable, I was going to change it.
