Power and torque increase

Hey guys,
Last week i completed the below mods on my 08 n54 335i:
AA sport intercooler
Turbosmart plumb back dvs
Alpina transmission flash
Mhd stage 1 +fmic v6.1

Does any have an idea on what increase I'd be looking at?
10%? 20%? 30%?

Cheers!

not being funny, but does it actually feel different to drive, putting aside any placebo effect or other variables like throttle 'learning'?

I'm thinking of doing at least the MHD stage 1 so was wondering...

Makes a huge difference - feels like a new car. Should definitely do it!

Be careful on wet roads ... My lousy run flats didn't grip well on the weekend. Need to avoid run flats in the future
