Brand new? A delimited M5 or e63 or second hand a 15k e60 M5 will get there if again delimited.
Although the f10 M5 has a another gearbox limit of 199mph but that's splitting hairs.

If you want 200mph out of the box, it's going to cost loads, the factory cars capable of this are all part of a special gang that will hold their value, unlike my F30 which bleeds money in depreciation.
The cheapest way has to be something tuned, whether it's a delimited AMG/M or a ready tuned Japanese motor |

Toyota Supra - easy win cheap price.
Pointless looking at anything exotic. Just pic a Jap car tune it to buggery and let rip - not in the UK, you need a decent place like bonneville. |

FGT usually cracks 200 in the standing mile with just 20 or 30K in mods. It's my cheapest way to go to 200.

I bought a Kawasaki 750 turbo for £695, spent £3k on it and got 211mph in 2006. It's still the fastest factory turbo bike...IN THE WORLD.
It's not a car though. |

I guess it all depends on the atmospheric resistance and how aerodynamic you are?

Wait I've got it!!!
You need some cash up front but.... 1) On the list for a 911R 2) Take delivery and rag it to 200mph just seen a tube video of it 3) Sell at a mark up, you're a select rich Porsche chap on first name terms with the dealer principle and his wife at the polo club 4) sell at a large profit Total cost -£30k Plan
