335i Coolant Hose - Help With Part #

Hi,

Replacing some additional brittle plastic under the hood for the 2nd time in 2 months after getting stranded again.

Can someone help me find the part number for this piece? Due to the non-removable band clamp I'm assuming I need to purchase the entire hose assembly.

*image upload failed from photobucket - i'll try again later today.

hose in question is located on the front of the engine directly under the oil filter housing and bolts in with 2-3 bolts.

Thanks guys

Pretty sure you are referring to the coolant outlet hose which connects down to the thermostat. BMW part number: 11537541992

You can also avoid replacing the entire part and purchase a custom made aluminum piece sold on ebay.

Oh and here is the original part linked as well.

+1, I have the same kit installed in my car. you'll need to dremel that band clamp off of the original part to fit the aluminum piece on. They provide a worm gear clamp as a replacement. overall nice fit and finish and provides piece of mind for a part that's known to fail.
