I am located in Charlotte,NC and looking for the Lease to get taken over for my White, Auto M235i

Car has the following options:
- Tech Package
- Driver Assist
- Convenience Package
- Harmon/Kardon
- Red Leather Interior
- Auto Headlights Highbeams
- Heated Seats

Dealer added the following:
- Legal tint all around
- Front painted lip
- Black Grills
- Carbon Side Mirror Caps
- Performance Exhaust

Lease Details:
- $576.00 a month which includes my NC tax
- 36,000 allowed miles (currently at 9,500)
- Leased on 5-31-15
- Buyer responsible for $500 transfer fee.

Coded:
- Auto open/close windows with key fob
- Mirrors auto fold with lock of keyfob, or touching the door.
- Backup door handle lights turn on in reverse
- Disabled seat belt chime
- Auto door unlock when car is off
- Added Office/dual blue tooth capabilities


I purchased this car as my first ever BMW, and I truly do love it, but I just don't enjoy it as much as my Wrangler, so it just sits in the garage I figured its worth a shot for someone else to enjoy the car. I have never done a lease swap, but from what I have read its not too different than a normal car sale.

Ken, still available? what tires does this car come with? And is this the M Performance Exhaust? I don't see the M Performance rear diffuser that normally comes with that upgrade. Let me know. Thanks.

Car is still available. Had a few people interested but as a total buyout and not a lease takeover.

The tires are staggered set with:

Front = 225/40/18
Rears = 245/35/18

It is the M Performance exhaust installed by the dealer, with the stock rear diffuser.

Also in the price I added Tire/Rim protection and Lease Paint/Scratch protection. I can cancel at any time and get a pro-rated amount back. Currently I will get $700 back as a credit towards the car. I would be willing to make it an even $1,000 and pay the doc fee to help sweeten the deal.
