My New F30 335xi!!!!!

I'm coming from an FBO 2010 328xi

Already ordered the BMS stage 1 for it!!

Just picked up a 2013 CPO F30 335xi and its a DAMN DREAM. 23k miles on the clocK!

Ah man, So this will be my build thread now..

Right after I got the car I got tints:

Then a month later I got flashed by RK TUNES (dyno eventually)

Here is my review:
SO, My mechanic told me about Jordan about two years ago in regards to my other car (FBO 328) but he told me my car was pretty much maxed after showing him the dyno sheets, and that it would defeat the purpose to reflash it.

Fast forward to last week: I noticed that RK was having a 20% off sale, so I figured I would splurge-- I had the Dinantronics, which btw, is a pretty cool device and if you want some pep in your step definitely get it.

However, I wanted a full flash tune after a while.

So Jordan and I made plans for yesterday--he had to tune a supercharged 328-- so I sat tight, he gave me some water and we just chilled out. Once they left he got to bench flashing my car and he was very quick and professional..We talked cars, he showed me his car--which is ridiculous I might add! As well as the intakes he fabricated, and Im pretty sure he talked me into one, will be the first of its kind for out platform so if anyone wants one let me know, maybe we can do a group buy!!

As for the tune, WOW the mid range is so much stronger and smoooooth, the car feels like it has power throughout the RPM range, even up top. For being a stock car, I picked up some serious power. Unfortunately I could not get a dyno as time was an essence, but my girl, who is not a car person at all, was like WOW it feels faster and smoother! So therefore, you know the gains are real haha!! I

can flash from my OBD power which is cool too!

Fast forward to today..

Picked up an ER charge pipe from Mike @ extreme powerhouse and 12/15mm spacers from VRSF..looking into some new exhaust tips too..quite possibly a new intake..

Dynos will come.....eventually

Hah, it's pretty great seeing you on F30 post now too. I too have a charge pipe on the way.

I had a 325 that I did the 3IM on, then I had a 328 that I did 3IM on, and the A/C died during that stupid hot week in August. So, I sold the 09 328, and got a 2015 335xi, black on black, M Sport, and got to stubbornly keep my 6 speed.

Feels goddamn weird to not have a red car though. I kind of miss the lighter interior, but it's a shame about having to have a front plate though.
