It was absurdly hot and nasty today in the Central FL area - my fan was putting in extra work and trying to sound like a jet taking off most of the day during my putzing around town.
I was parked on a residential street for a bit and saw an e92 328i start up and drive passed and I couldn't even hear his engine/exhaust, only the fan! So how is everyone else holding up?

Same! Just had mine put in on Wednesday and it has definitely been worth it.

Yeah it was hot as balls today. My temp is normally in the middle between 160/220 and today I was on it on the highway and local roads. This includes being idle for over 20 minutes in traffic.

Mine sits right around 195ish. Maxes out at 220 max. I have the BMS oil bypass though.

Before the FMIC and valve I sat consistently at 245/250 - now I'm seeing it as low as 190 and never really above 230 like in the picture.

You do know the fan will run once the A/C system is on right?'Specially in such hot climates the fan will crank up to atleast 95%

Of course I do, I've owned both of my BMWs while living in FL. I just always find it funny how loud they can get.

My car averages around 250 if I'm driving long enough. Completely stock, don't have BMW's oil cooler either. I live in the northern Midwest too, haha. So if you guys are seeing below 250, as I'm reading in this thread, then you're fine haha.

Mine's is always 2-3 tick marks before 250 on a hot day but fluctuates occasionally when I push it here and there. AT night though it's a lot less. But I've never seen it cross 250 yet. And at least we have electrical fans. My E46 sounds like a UPS truck with the mechanical fan on the Steptronic.

Been pretty hot and humid here in Tampa, but the oil temp on mine has been within the normal range (230 and 240). Have not seen it ever hit 250 or higher, but it's gotten up to about 245 during stop and go traffic. That's about it.
Had the cooling system checked no too long ago by my trusted mechanic and he says everything is working fine.

We are not getting hammered as much as I thought here in SA.. but to answer your question OP, my engine runs in the same range as your pic.
Mine is a 335i N55 with the factory oil cooler over in the right front. No upgraded IC..... yet.
