*Pics* H&R SuperSports on Stock 397's and Review

Hey guys heres a few pics of my 335i on H&R SuperSports. It was hard for me to find pics of cars with stock wheels on SS, so thought Id share for those who are curious, and write a review. Had the springs on for about few weeks now so its fully settled.

Car: 335i w/ Adaptive suspension on H&Rss.

With the springs installed, the car is definitely under-dampened on non-sport modes. Its great on sport, but could really use more dampening. I think I will go Dinan Shockware next.
The M performance lip scraps on driveways and steep inclines, so you need to be comfortable riding that low life if you add a lip, but without lip I think you would be okay with OE-style driving.

I am surprised the car looks so good on stock style 397s when dropped. I think I will keep it on stock wheels for a bit longer

Let me know if you have questions.

Looks great!

Maybe some spacers to widen the stance.

+1 on the spacers. I got the same springs on my 435 with stock 442's. I agree on your reviews.i always go with Sport+ mode whenever possible for extra dampening. Here's how it looks rt now.

Agreed, spacers make all the difference, but I am getting new wheels soon, so rather spend the money on that :P

Here's mine on H&R SS. I have the same factory 397 wheels. What size spacers would anyone recommend.

There are only two shock stiffness (damping) settings, comfort and sport.

Ofcourse, what I mean is, I just always go Sport+ if not on comfort mode which is the same as Sport mode but with DSC off DTC on. But Im sure you know that.

1. I just installed the H&R Sport Springs and the Bilstein B8s 2 weeks ago. I noticed that the wheel gaps in the rear are slightly different, same with the fronts too. about a 0.3"-0.4" difference. Did you have the same issue or do the rears wheel gap match? Also i have not had an alignment yet, but i'm not sure how much that will change wheel gap.
2. I'm on the fence about getting the front end splitter, do you constantly scrap on speed bumps, driveways, etc? Do you constantly have to go super slow on them? I guess if i get it it could help with protecting the actual bumper haha.

These are SUPERsports...not sports.

1) The gaps are different but not by much. H&R keeps the "rake" of the car so naturally the gaps will be different (slightly)

2) I do scrape on driveways if not careful, again, this is SUPERsports, so its much lower than the sports. I actually scrape at least once a day. Its def low, but I like it.

Hope this helps!
