The iDrive reset itself in German one time, weird. But otherwise none whatsoever. I just did the spark plugs Saturday and everything runs great.

what did the plugs look like? I am a little less than you at 53K miles since taking delivery of my 435i on July 16th 2014. Will probably change the plugs in the next month or so.

We have the same delivery day!

As for the plugs, it was time as there was some corrosion on them. After changing them, the engine felt just slightly smoother.

Maybe you can wait till 70k, but I think 60 is a more reasonable time.

Thanks.. Don't know how some of these guys can have these cars and not drive them.. I wanted to lease, but only 10K-15K miles per year. No thanks. Although I guess I could have bought 50,000 extra miles on my 3-year lease, but I'm guessing that price wouldn't have been pretty.

I have an M3 that mostly sits, but when buying the 328, I knew I'd be driving it hard.

As for lease vs buy, I'll drive it until the car becomes truly unreliable, but even then, when trading it in, it'll be worth at least a little something.

I am with you! My 2013 335I x-drive m-sport (PPK and Dynamic Handling)will not officially be 3 years old until end of September...I am over 73K miles. A test drive of a new 340I x-drive (m-sport, standard suspension) and was not left feeling I am ready to trade it. This is my fourth BMW and the first one I've kept for this many miles, knock on wood little issues. A torque converter seal leak at 63K miles was repaired with BMW picking up most of cost - no other real issues.

No. Dealer requested accommodation because this is my fourth BMW purchased through them since 2008 and BMW came through.
