Clutch Pedal Assembly Covered Under Warranty?

I have a 2011 bmw e92. I still have CPO warranty. Everytime i depress the clutch, it makes a squeaky noise. I went to an indi and they determine that the plastic part of the clutch pedal has snapped and it needs to be replaced. Anyone ever have this issue before and went to a dealership? Does anyone know if it is covered under CPO warranty?

Clutch is wear and tear.

I'm talking about the clutch pedal itself. Not the disc
