BMW E90 MSD81.2 Misfire detection
Hi guys please i have three fault code error in dme :
1) 0029CF Misfire detection cylinder 3 in 2 firing order 2) 0029DO Misfire detection cylinder 4 3) 0029CC Misfire detection error summation The dme is msd81.2 and i saw 2 IRF644Β and 4 FQB25N33 MOSFET I replace dme , cas , and key, from other car and car working fine. Have you tried cross-swapping coil 3 with 6 and 4 with 2 and seeing if the misfire fault migrates with coils 3 and 4 to cylinders 6 and 2? You can do this with any cylinder, I'm just giving an example.
The third fault is just another fault when more than one cylinder is misfiring. It is also known as Misfire Several Cylinders. Also check you plugs to see if they are fouled. HTH's |
