My car has oil coming out of intake side of rear turbo?
I have a 2008 bmw 335i e92. I noticed after under my car trying to find this knocking coming from my engine that my rear turbos intake pipe had slightly popped off a little and oil was all over the bottom of it. Just wondering if I should be concerned or not.

Do you mean charge pipe? If so, there is a certain amount of oil that mists through there from the crank case ventilation system. The intent is for it to be ingested back into the engine and burned off.
Depends on how much oil. I would be concerned if it was drooling and capable of forming a puddle under the car. I personally do not like it in my intake system and always use Oil Catch Cans (OCC) But that is just me.

It would make sense that that pipe would have oil in it since it's the PCV injection location (top of the Airbox to rear turbo duct).

They all do it. I had my intake pipe replaced under warranty and it's a huge job. They had to remove the VC gasket and drop trans to replace pipe.

Sorry to hear. I was hoping it was just the charge pipe and normal. You shouldn't be dripping oil from the intake pipe. That seems excessive. I would get it into a mechanic and determine if the blow by is being caused by something or it is in fact rings that are allowing that much to blow past into the crankcase.
You mention and engine knock so this is not sounding like a healthy engine, which might explain the excess oil.

I had the same thing happen to me, put an o ring on it and tightened it up ... The only downside of it is the turbo sucking in unfiltered air if you don't do anything about it ... you can also do the inlet upgrade, unfortunately stock inlet pipe is just wedged in with a bolt on firewall and easily pops off if you wiggle intake filter side
