what size do i get ?

I found a set of wheels i would like to get. not sure of what offsets and diameters that will fit my car though. i have a 2008 e92 335xi, lowered on H&R coilovers.

i currently am running 19" VMR's 8.5 in the front and 9.5 in the back, not sure of the offsets though.

the sizes available for the new wheels i like are:

19x8.5 +30 | 19x9.5 +35 or +22 | 19x10.5 +22

what size should i go with, are any of these available options compatible with my car? staggered or a square set up ?

also what size tires will i need?
and lastly, I would rather not roll fenders or do any other modifications. just looking for a bolt on set up, but would possibly if i had too i really like the wheels.

and if the 19"s aren't ideal fits are the 18"s any better ?
here are the sizes available for the 18"s

18x8.5 +30 | 18x9.5 +35 or +22 | 18x10.5 +22
