what kind of brakes are on my M Sport e93

Hi, does anyone know what make of the brakes/calipers that are installed on my car, I'm curious as to when it comes to installing my winter wheels which are 16" but the car came with 18" or if I wanted to replace them.

The car is an e93 LCI M Sport 320D, any help would be greatly appreciated.

17" is the smallest wheels that fit over the brakes
