Does anyone know off hand if the same wheel I have in my 2015 M235 will/would fit and work in a 2017 M2? I'm not even sure of the part number. I have the original steering wheel in a box that can be re-installed for lease turn in. I guess maybe I'll pull all the CF turn and mirror caps and put stock ones back on?

The steering wheel should fit the M2 ok as it held on with the same M14X1,5 hex bolt and the F22/F87 share the same steering column however, will the buttons/airbag work ok or require a code? only way to find out is to put it on and try unless someone else has attempted it.

Agreed with pulling the CF mirrors and returning the car to stock before you part with it. If you don't reuse them there's a healthy demand for secondhand M Performance parts
