Can't login to BMWUSA for 3 days

Very unusual problem.

1. Supply userid / password.
2. Popup appears asking to sign consent to receive electronic communication
3. Press checkbox / click Save
4. Error message (see below in Red appears)

I called BMW NA Customer Service and no one seems to know what to do.

Called BMW NA Customer Service. Apparently, they are aware of this problem.

Our web team is aware that there is currently an error with this feature and are working diligently to resolve the issue. We are currently unable to provide an estimated timeline for resolution.

Turns out my issue is that I'm from Canada! Yup, that crazy place north of the USA border where we wear Daisy Duke cutoffs and penguins serve us beer!

On a serious note, NEVER contact ConnectedDrive if you're from Canada. In a bunch of painful phone calls, they'll delete your account and any record that your car has Connected Drive. That will result in you driving back to your dealership to resubmit (apparently impossible for the agent to do this) to activate your account. Afterwards, you'll need to call them to add your car back.

Try using a password that doesn't have any special characters. Even though the form says it supports special characters, for some reason it really doesn't...

Great now I cant get in because of the same issue.. can anyone confirm this is happening again?

Form pops up with digital signature.
"We apologize but Financial Services functionality is not currently available"
then jettisons out of the login process
