Unhappy How screwed am I? (PICS INSIDE)

There other day I fell asleep at the wheel and hit the median concrete divider close to home. Luckily the car didn't take any damage on the exterior panels but both the driver side, front and rear tires and wheels were destroyed.

The wheels and tires were replaced yesterday but I noticed the rear tire now sits askew.

To add, after driving for about 5 min both the 4x4 and brake light come on (but it does clear after turning off the car and back on again).

The pics are taken from the rear panel of the car facing forward. If anyone has any idea about the potential damage and cost to replace I would love to hear from you!

You need to get it up and the wheel off and look at the components. There is literally 5 different control arms that could be damaged.

Sorry to hear about this. It sounds like you have a new drivers side suspension in your future.
I dozed off once on the highway (for just a couple of seconds). That the last time that'll ever happen. Now I know when I get that tired to just pull over and take a cat nap. Saving your car, your life, and others lives is well worth a 30 minute delay.

Get an alignment and have them check the suspension components. You may have a bent control arm or a blown bushing as a result of it. Make sure you wheel angle sensor isn't damaged as well.

Sorry this happened. Definitely check control arms upper and lower, sway bar links, tie rods. Depending on cars mileage they might need to be refreshed anyways. 60k my front suspension components always went out one by one, at least the bushings do. Just do it all in one diy shot it's not too hard.

been there, except I woke as I was skidding across like a skateboard grind. Managed to cut a hard right and came off the median. Back on topic, what everyone said. Theres something out of alignment and or bent for sure.

Definitely bent some control arms and other components. Unless it's obvious damage, it's really hard to tell if they're bent by looking at it. I had the same thing happen to me once, only I instead slid into the curb from a snow storm. The passenger side control arms and such needed replacing, was about $1500 dealer cost that insurance paid for.
