I plan to change the exhaust as well but worry about the warranty issues. Any comment on that?

nice to hear! ^ as of now I'm going to see how the catless sounds without changing the exhaust, if i want it louder I will do a muffler delete from fabspeed haha! keep me posted tho! sounds awesome, best of luck!

also my bmw dealer tends to be mod friendly with certain mods, so deff talk to your dealer before you voiding the warranty. an exhaust shouldn't be too crazy, but if you do a tune or a turbo upgrade and run into engine problems... your going to mostly be in for a big one ! check your local bmw first!!!
