Adjustable swaybar endlinks. Longer or shorter?

I have my car lowered about 1.5-2" on the KW V1 coilovers.

I want to get the car corner balanced and set up nicely for a track day.

I bought longer endlinks for the front, didn't install them. Do I need shorter or longer ones?

Seems to be much confusion with this. Can't seem to find a right answer.

Garage List
You want longer in the front and shorter in the back.

I would suggest holding the swaybar at the height you need then measuring the distance between the mounting tab on the strut body to the swaybar (center to center of the holes). I've been through this on other cars, and the lesson I've learned is the only advice you can rely on will come from a measuring tape. On other platforms the swaybar mounting tabs on the strut can be located at different heights compared to their peers. Ride height compared to stock isn't the only factor when choosing the length of your endlinks.

You're right, the exact length of the links requires measuring and adjusting. But generally speaking, on a lowered E9x car, you're going to need the links to be some amount longer in front and shorter in back. That's just how the platform responds to lowering.

Since the OP is having their car corner weighted, adjusting the end links is part of the corner weighting process.

I just installed Turner end links last night. My car is not lowered, but with the abuse the car see's on track, I wanted a heavy duty end link to go along with the BMW Motorsports sway bar bushings.
