Radio wiring problem for dash

What's up guys, I've been trying to figure out this problem regarding my dash. When I'm driving all of the lights turn on and the needles go down and then goes back up. I've been searching for the problem and it seems to be the wiring behind the radio. Now what's the best step?

Stop pulling the radio in and out of the dash.

Wow thanks. I was figuring out the problem since that issue would happen when I was driving.
