INPA 6.4.7 update? DTC abs unit fail

trying to find the update from INPA 6.4.3 to .7. does anyone have a working link? heck i'd even buy it if I could find it. my version only goes to E89.

Need the updated software to get to my E90. 07 328 convert. built after march i believe.

I am replacing my DTC abs. motor burnt out at 20k. car was just out of 4 year warranty. never has seen rain, garaged winter/spring/summer/fall.

$4,200 to repair at dealership. got a working unit on eBay for $350 but need to activate the pump to bleed and clear a dashboard full of lights.

don't know why this isn't a defect worthy of a recall.

this is my first post so I may not be in the right place and may not be following protocol

E89 includes the E90/E91/E92/E93. I would see if you can do it with 6.4.3 first, it should work.

wow $4,200....I heard $3,200 then $3,800 (searching old posts the part used to be about 1k, now 2.6? But a new part is flawed design and fails again)....modulemaster.com is the best...$250 plus 2 day ship was $288. 5 yr. warranty...I used Rheingold, I think it is based on INPA but in Windows, making it even more complicated to do the abl bleed....good luck.

I kid you not leave breadcrumbs with Rheingold. The first time I opened it up, I took screen shots once I found the ABL bleed sequence. Could not get back there with my screen shots believe it or not. But you can get there with trial/error eventually, it's poorly designed but works...

thanks for the good input

thanks for all the great input. I will try to get 6.4.3 to communicate. and then try Rheingold. If my eBay part does not work I will go to your recommended website. Thank you all

YIKES! I thought that my luck had finally run out and that I was gonna face a multi thousand dollar repair on my 335i (nothing other than VANOS has failed)...thank goodness I found modulemaster.com thanks to this forum! I wish everything in life were as good as their service!

Anyway, there was a person on their site that paid over 3k for the dealer to replace, only to have to do it again when the replacement failed, so he DIY'd....
