Rear taillight doesn't work... HELP

Found out that one of the taillight bars is not lighting up. I am not sure what do I have to replace, is there a LED platform or I have to replace whole rear tailight. Here is the picture so you can see what is not working.

There is no way to replace only that LED part of taillight? thank you

No, you have to replace the whole thing. The LEDs are not user replaceable and are sealed inside the unit.
