So these are direct plug-and-play and supposed to be a big improvement over the stock ones? What ohm rating are they? I'm very interested.

They are physical plug and play and drop in but I believe that different audio systems (Hifi, Top Hifi) use different ohm ratings for their speakers so you need to see how these compare (they are 4 ohm).
