ACS Springs Fitted
As stated in my other thread I've just had my ACS springs fitted and yet again as like my 330d they are brilliant, the cars stance looks better and it feels great on the bendy bits

I am very tempted by these springs, everyone seems to love them!

How much does the ACS spring lower the car by? I have the m performance splitter on my car which i think is already pretty low so wouldnt to go much lower for ground clearence reasons.
Also whats the costs for the springs and where do people get them fitted and also how much roughly for fitting? Ps i bought D4springers 330d without knowing - what a great car and he kept it near mint....well pleased |

Lowers sdrive m sport around 15mm, but they're also stiffer than standard m sport springs. ACS springs fitting varies, best place is Deutsch Tech in MK, £500 & something including springs & fitting! Or these are their other authorised dealers/fitters http://shop.ac-schnitzer.co.uk/where-to-order-4-w.asp |

Yes the car as it was when D4Springer had it, so full m perf kit, spacers and ACS dual exhaust.....happy days Just toying with the idea of the ACS springs now but to be honest the car sits pretty low already, but suppose there could be improvements to be had in the looks and handljng department. |

Yea I wouldn't fancy an sdrive with ACS springs and the splitter, I kept scraping my front bumper on my ACS sprung sdrive without the splitter! Fortunately xdrives ACS springs aren't as low so I can now have both without too mush trouble hopefully! |

Do you have adaptive suspension along with ACS springs? I suppose it's different with S drive cars because the 335d or any of the x drive cars don't have M Sport suspension.

No adaptive suspension just the standard m sport suspension so worried it will drop the ride even firther and then the splitter may start catching

I have been surprised at how easy it is for the splitter to touch speed bumps and roads where the gradient changes quickly. And I have an x drive on stilts.

I really need to get these. I went in my friends GTI and I'm pretty sure it would beat me round tracks despite being a fair bit slower because of how well that sticks to road. I can't believe how terrible the suspension in an x drive is :
