Complaints to Dealerships

Has anyone had to complain to dealerships as well?

The customer relations guy at BMW NA was quite patient as he listened to my story and advised me send the complaint letter that I had been writing to both BMW NA and to the dealership.

Has anyone gotten any response back from complaints?
Do they do anything about it?

Dealer was totally usesless, nearly screwed up my flight plans and hotel reservations for ED, and instead of trying to resolve the problem never called back or even attempted to solve the problem. Literrally no service or apology.

i only have problem with my car and i hier the layer and do the complain:
you need to do step by step.
1. write the complain letter to that dealer manager. ( the big boss )
2. a notics letter to bmw of north american by post office.
(tell them what is your problme and let them know what you going to do if they not solve the problem.)

my bmw dealer doesn't care about their customers.....after you signed the dotted line....you're an MIA to them....i wrote them(manager) a letter of complaint about their service department and SA.....a month ago....and haven't heard a crap from them......i don't even go near them anymore......not even for the so-called "free maintenance" plan service.....which i think is a bunch of donkey shit.....an illusion to draw customers.....

Don't buy your car from:
SAVAGE BMW of Ontario, CA......
They SUCK donkey balls....the size of grapefruits!

sorry to hear it:
snice you so unhappy with it, i think you should go to the post offic write them a noties letter to bmw or north american, will take 3 weeks, then they will call you or write the letter back to you. if a big deal i think you should hier the layer. let them take care of it . just like me . i given all the paper to my layer what is problem to my car and how many time i bring it to the fix. and who i am talking ,and what answer them given to me. once my layer call up to the dealer they try everything to fix it . my layer didnt even call up to bmw of NA . only wrote a letter noties letter to bmw of NA in post offic , right now i i am getting a brand new car for free. 330i 2006 fullyload

I heard some really bad things about Savage. Did you hear about that one guy and how they totalled his m3...damn shame. Thankfully he had a lawyer. Seems like everyone needs a lawyer when talking to these scum.
