M Sport Brakes: Did anyone replace OEM pads with different pads?

This information is sparsely distributed through many discussions. I thought it would valuable to ask this question again.

Some forum members with vehicles equipped w/M Sport brakes experienced excessive squealing noises and brake dust.

Did you (or dealer?) replace OEM brake pads with:

- 3rd party brake pads? What kind? Results?
- F80 brake pads? Results?

I put Porterfield R4-S pads on my F34. Much less dust.
