"Snap crackle pop" now wheel won't turn

Started the car, heard a crunch sound (not in this video) then the service and battery lights came on. Steering wheel is almost impossible to move now. Possible steering pump failure? Any one familiar with these symptoms? Haven't pulled any codes. 09 N54 6mt. Most of the forums that describe steering pump failures/leaks talk of gradual tightening of the steering, this was more all of a sudden. Any insight greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Nope. Belt is spaghetti. Guess that's the issue

Somethings similar happened to me, driving back to work my steering wheel got hard. Looking around found my AC compressor clutch broke off.

Belt was loose obviously.
