EDC dampers . Life span ?

Morning all, i tried looking for an answer but did not find anything. Usually, for non edc shocks, they recommand changing them at about 80k kms.
Would this also apply to edc shocks?

Saw that Bilstein now offers replacements and my trip counter just turned to 80k :-).

Interested in knowing this info as well. I see that you have the Dinan Shockware though. Have you looked into how it would be impacted/negated if you picked up the Bilstein shocks?
