Looking to confirm if this size would work

Front 225x45 8x18 , rear 255x40 8.5x18, I think offset on these is 34. I would like to know if all square set of 245x50 7.5x17 with 29 offset would work in this application ? Thanks for any help. Edit: oops, sorry, the new wheels are size 8 as well, not 7.5 Can anyone advise on these sizes ?
