I've been trying to reach them for the past month, several emails and voicemail's with no response.

Are they out racing or something? This is not like them.

More calls, still no answer. Left another VM again today. They must be getting ready for the big event this weekend surrounding their new turbo package, still.....doesn't help me any.

I know these folks are all busy but a dedicated person in the shop to customer calls should be at the top of their list if they want repeat/new business. There are enough of us with N20/N26/B46s to be a concern......

Just got off the phone with Enzo, he said they have been crazy busy on the Turbo Package and I believe him. They are great folks, but I did explain that a new customer wouldn't look at it that way.

I get it..but 'crazy busy' vs not calling back an existing customer isn't the best thing to do anymore given social media and forums like ours...but glad you got a hold of them

I was able to reach Enzo via phone yesterday, I'm heading up next week. It's just him and Frank at the new place, so he doesn't have Chris and Renalto answering phones or text like before.

And they should be called out on it..as we've done. That's ridiculous. If you owed them money, I'd bet they'd be calling YOU daily...along with emails, snail mail,etc. Not acceptable.

Actually, no. The winter storm blew thru here on the day Enzo and I had scheduled. I haven't made another attempt at reaching him since.
