IND Custom M Performance Components

BMW Performance continues to push the envelope of what’s possible with factory original parts with their new line of interior components for the M2. Although the M2’s interior had to be relatively simple in order to enable the folks at M to focus the budget on performance and dynamics, BMW performance is stepping in, allowing M2 owners to further enhance their cars from the inside out.

IND continues to build on the base that BMW gives us by customizing the M Performance interior components. Our custom upholstered M Performance interior pieces feature color coded Polar Blue stitch integrated into the alcantara fabric, bringing more color into the M2 cockpit. Each custom shift boot and center arm rest is stitched by hand for a true old-world quality.

That looks fantastic!!

I really want to change the dashboard trim to alcantara - I know there is an /// M performance kit for that but it comes with other parts (door handles?) that jacks up the price too much.

Hopefully you guys will have an alternate solution

Is there a difference between the IND shift boot/knob and this?

"part # 25 11 7 854 545 = 6MT gear knob & boot for left hand drive M2"

I got this part # from the MP part # sticky thread.

What I did was purchase the MP boot/knob for the F22 ($150). That boot has white stitching. Then I and attached the MP knob to the M2's blue stitched boot.

I do love the IND armrest though

I love the shift knob but worry about the wear from a sweaty hand and just daily use. Anybody with a long term update or info on holdup with the alcantara?

We use that part as the base, then get the stitching done to match.

I've had mine for 3 years now in my F30...no tearing/ripping...but alcantara on the knob piece does get dirty from general hand grime over time. Not easy to clean but possible with patience.
