How to empty/flush DEF system?

I had my SCR system deactivated by JR Tuning, and I need to empty the DEF system and flush/fill with distilled water. What's the best way to go about that? I'd like to flush the tanks and lines totally to prevent any crystallizing, which means probably having to activate the pump and metering valve. Is there a way to jumper it to just run flat-out for a while?

Also, does anyone know which fuse controls the pump and/or metering valve? Despite unplugging the electrical connection to my metering valve, it's still spraying TONS of DEF in to my exhaust system, and I can both smell the excess DEF and see it white residue all over my exhaust tips.

If you leave the fuses in and start the car with JR tune the pump should run and the line, if disconnected from the metering valve, should flow.
