What are my options for lowering my 340 with EDC?

Hello guys, i just got a 340i yesterday and im thinking of lowering it. I've read multiple threads about suspension options for the 340i, but I haven't seen anything definitive as to what's the best option.
Basically, I don't track my car, so I don't need coils. But i want to lower my car to get rid of wheel gap. On my last car I had H&R super sports, which i think are reusable on my 340 but i have EDC and I have heard that it kills the shocks. Would H&R sports be alright? Or maybe Dinan springs?

Thanks!

I don't have any experience with the Dinan springs but from what I have read people like them with the EDC. Just get the bump stops and the shockwave so it will re-program your suspension.

Thank you, i forgot to mention though, i was looking for a cost effective option haha. I heard that the shockwave + springs + bumpstops are $800+.

What's your budget incidentally? There aren't any inexpensive options if your vehicle has Adaptive M Suspension (2VF).

I decided to go with ACS springs.
No need for additional bump stops or software.
Covered under warranty.
I'll have pictures when I get them installed.

If $800 is considered cost prohibitive you might want to rethink modding the suspension of your brand new, $50k+ BMW. Not something to be done on the cheap, in my opinion.

Labor for suspension modifications isn't cheap either.

I've got Dinans on my 14 F30 xDrive MSE.. Overall I'm very pleased with the ride quality, and they lowered the car without looking excessive or slammed. Yes the car still bounces a bit if you're in Comfort mode and you roll over a speed bump at slow speeds.. In Sport/Sport+ the car feels very stable. The springs definitely got rid of the lofty feeling in all settings and in my opinion, the car should've come from factory like this.

I'm now investigating getting the Dinan Shockware update as well to address the comfort mode bounce.

I have a 340i xDrive M-Sport w/ Track Handling Package and I just ordered the Dinan Performance Springs with the Supplemental Ride Quality & Handling Kit (aka bump stops). $1100 installed including alignment.

Should lower the car 1" up front and 1.125" in the rear.

I'm on the fence on getting Shockware. I'm actually ok with the M Dynamic Dampers. Yes, I'd like Comfort to be Sport but I wouldn't want to make my Sport/Sport+ more firm either.

Did the dealer install for that price or somewhere else? Dinan says 8 hours to install which at a dealer is over a 1000 bucks just for labor

dont know if that's such a great idea. h&R super sports are gonna wear your shocks out real quick, and edc shocks are not gonna be cheap to replace.

What did you think of the sports?

Remember to code out edc when you put on the coilovers

Another vote for ACS springs. Not aggressive and you don't need anything else with them. It's the route I'm taking

lol, just saying i've heard the same thing on many platforms yet i never hear of anyone having to replace their shocks from running springs. the idea makes sense, but i don't see the failures in the application on modern cars. people have been running springs/sleeves for years so where's the crazy fallout? imo as long as it's stiff enough that you don't bottom out the shock, you're fine.
