My agent just called me on this. For my audi, it went from 850/yr to like 715/yr. So thats great news. Should be similar on the BImmer. Just in time for the new e90! Took delivery yesterday!

does it varies by agent or by company?
like every agent of commerce will have the same rate?

It will vary by company. If the agent represents multiple companies, it could vary by agent depending on the company he quotes.
I will stress one thing, though. Don't shop on price. Shop on coverage and service. That's one of the sad things that the GEICOs and esurances of this world have done. They've conditioned the consumer to choose price over agents who actually know what the hell they're doing. |

My wife had GEICO - and she received phenomenal service. We actually went with GEICO affiliates in MA due to her experience. And I was coming from State Farm coverage, which I enjoyed.

Geico is affiliated with Plymouth Rock. At least that is what I was told 4 years ago when I was moving here and called Geico to transfer the insurance on my wife's car.
I have been happy with Plymouth Rock, thus far. I have to call them about adjusting my rates and getting my WGBH discount. |

Some good points here. My agency represents Commerce. I will see what their rates are when I get my first bill for the e90
