Dealer/Service Advisor rec in orange county

Hello Guys. I would like to have some service advisor recommendation in Orange County. Somebody who is able to honest and communicative about any issues on the car. Also would like someone who will genuinely listen to their customers and easy to work with.

Also, this may be a stupid question, but I assume that all the techs and Service advisors know how to drive stick? I have a 228i 6mt.

Let me know your recommendation guys. Also wouldn't mind driving a little bit to LA area if it's worth it.

Yeah I've heard of you Charlie. Will definitely consider going to you for my first service. I have a list of things that I've gathered since delivery of car that I want taken care of.

Highly recommend Charlie@McKenna BMW. Just took my M2 to him for the break in service. He performed all required service, plus my request to check the TPM, tire pressure/possible air leak. I got there 5 min after closing to pick up my car, he went above and beyond, he logged back on his computer and printed my paperwork, asked the porter to retrive my car(already stored away for the night; it was closing time) and waited with me to insure my car gets safely back in my hands and everything was to my satisfaction.

Big thanks to Charlie!!!

My last resort was calling and asking for him. He might be off those days you tried contacting him.
