Its for real sounds like were mostly getting the Euro version of the M package available on the American E92

E90 is getting the facelift in 08 (this summer/fall for 09's), e92 will get one in fall of 09 for the 10's. That should clear up your confusion. So it sounds like tii products will be available for the e92 next fall (09) and for the e90 this fall (08).

And where did you get that information regarding facelifted E92's? Though possible it would be one year less than last generation.

That original post was a translation of the german article from AutoBild. Just because germany might be getting new toys, don't assume they will come to the US.

The face lift is for sedans and wagons (for 2009)
