I'm also interest for M6, which size should I pick for normal drive.

18x8" 34mm all around for E90 328xi for $799CAD + tax?

how much for the tires if not need for performance one?

Wider rear tire = better handling.

AWD or not. Staggered is the way to go.

I just think if I use all 4 the same sizes as I have from stock now...I can use it for longer life with tire rotation front and rear..

handling isn't a big concern to me..but I want to know if it looks really so bad for 18" (225 40 18) on base non-sport model.

The gap shouldn't be that bad.
I've seen 18s on stock 323i suspension in toronto and it looks fine to me.
Lowering is just for style, you sacrifice ride quality.

You can go staggered with 18x8 and 18x8.5 for the rear, as long as you get the correct tires which gives you close to the same rolling diameter, you will be fine.

I have been running staggered OEM 18s with no problem using the "factory" recommended tire sizes 225/40/18 and 255/35/18.

You may want to price out the tires first before you buy the rims, unless you buy them as a whole package...
