Hey, that muffler is from Pep Boys. Whole other level. And it's a carbon fiber tip, but painted over in polished aluminum

I won't. That car weighs almost 400kg more than the M2 and seats 2 fewer people, despite allegedly being made of aluminium.

Perfect timing...I'm this close to trading in my F-Type R coupe for a "left over" '16 M2, but I'm torn! My Jag is gorgeous and the sound is from the heavens but I'll never stop being a BMW fanboy!

That f type is gorgeous. I was going to consider them when I got my car but there weren't any around. From an armchair it's hard to justify a torque converter auto in a car like that.

Get a base manual, best bang for the buck in that lineup. Sorry no m2, only 235i m2 not around when I got that one.

I believe that but it's a whole different car buying game at a mile above sea level. NA cars really get robbed of their power. How does the manual in that car compare to recent BMW manuals?

Because the M2 is so light?

I've had two seaters for the last decade so that doesn't phase me.

Compared to the F-type? Fuck yes, that thing is almost 2 tonnes. Inexcusable considering it's less practical than the M2. Why is it so heavy?

Hard to do a direct compare, as my bmw has a ssk shift kit, and a ucp clutch pedal for almost the whole time I have had it.

The jags clutch and pedal are very similar in throw and smoothness to a nd miata. It has a cdv valve, however you can defeat it.
