E91 330d M Sport - CIC Gladen Xenon Quantum
This is a genuinely reluctant sale. If it weren't for the house move, Id be keeping it a bit longer and tuning it. I've owned it 3 and a half years, and in that time it's never let me down.
E91 330d M Sport 06 plate with 114k on the clocks. Sapphire Black Metallic with Dakar Black Leather interior. Including the electric bolsters. This combination took some finding. Manual Gearbox (relatively rare). Full Dealer service til I bought it, then BMW specialists only since then. Serviced August. MOT'd at the same time, so plenty of time left on these. Also had fitted a full set of new Glow Plugs and the controller, 700 quid spent. Automatic headlights Automatic wipers Factory rear parking sensors onto the mods. The car is only lightly modded, with the additions being the following. CIC Install - Car was a none CCC car, so added this on and did the full wiring upgrade. CIC panel in centre console. Interior trim has been covered in 3M Carbon Fibre vinyl, because I dont like metal interior trims. Not 100% happy with some of the corners, will include the remaining vinyl if you feel the same. Good condition brushed aluminium trim underneath the vinyl. Combox Install - This adds bluetooth streaming and phone functionality. it was the original mulf box failing that prompted me to spend 2k+ on all of the audio additions. Also includes the USB in the armrest that enables BMW Apps. Spotify controlled with the idrive is lovely. Gladen one hifi install. This consists of tweeters in the new sail panels in the doors, mids in the doors, subs under the seat and a replacement amplifier in the boot. This was all installed professionally, with a layer of dynamat added where possible. Xenon retrofit using original pre LCI headlights and an FRM2. White Angel Eyes. Coded in by BR Diagnostics. Quantum44 S1 alloys. - these are scuffed and the lacquer is peeling in some places. The fact they aren't perfect has been taken into account in the price. I won't be refurbing these before the car goes, simply because they are marmite alloys. not a lot of people like them. Not a lot of point in refurbing them if the new owner is likely to swap them out straight away. Snap in tray removed, rubber pocket installed in place. Gloss black kidney grills Onto some pictures. The car was detailed earlier this year. Its never seen paint that I know of, so I'm not saying the paint is show standard, its not. But the following reflection shots should show you its some way above average. some interior shots. The car does run a full set of mats day to day. I took them out to show you how clean the interior is underneath. should the car sell at the asking price, the following items will be included. full set of sun blinds. original speakers DTUK tuning box (never fitted to this car. I've never felt it to be slow enough to warrant a tuning box). Carbon look badges all around. (the rear one could do with being replaced). The car has admittedly a few niggles. The hiss that is associated with the Gladen install is noticable when listening to the radio. the CIC controller seems to need to 'warm up', it only operates after 5 minutes of a journey. the rear screen button doesn't work. its not currently possible to open the glass. all 3 should be easy fixes, but with a 1 year old ruling the roost and my wife back at work, i'm probably going to have to leave these to the new owner. onto the price. I'm looking for oiro £7000. This might sound like strong money but there is some time and money spent on the customisations. still, if you're serious about the car and think its too strong, pm me and tell me your thinking. I can be contacted by PM, on zero 7815 931 zero 98. last little bit. please don't ask me my bottom line til you've viewed the car. sorry, but im quite old school when it comes to buying/selling cars and this question is not the sign of a seriously interested party imo. if you made it this far, thanks for reading. 1. all gladen installs seem to have some level of hiss. it can be reduced by moving the loom that carries signal to the amp away from the fusebox and/or replacing the amp's earth cable with one which goes straight to the battery. 2. CIC controller: there is a thread on this forum where I'm hoping to get some ideas as to what this is. 3. Rear boot glass button: probably just dirty contacts in the boot. at worst, a fuse or broken wires in the rubber boot between car and tailgate. with the above in mind, I'm reducing the price to £7000 to try and get some interest, possibly from someone willing to take these small issues on. I don't currently feel with a house move looming that I'll be able to look at anything other than the last one. that may change, who knows. so any interest at 7K? |
